A binding sale between you as a customer and theluxevo.com as a seller, governed by these terms and conditions, is included when you place an order on this website.
Your order shall be deemed placed when you complete the final step of the order process by clicking “submit order”.
By submitting an order, you agree and accept the Terms and Conditions, including all policies such as the Privacy Policy and Return sections.
If it happens that an item you ordered is not available, we will inform you.
We ensure shopping at theluxevo.com is as secure as shopping in store.
After you submit your order, you will be referred to the secure payment page of our website and will be requested to finalize your order by paying for it.
You will receive an electronic order confirmation on your screen and an e-mail when your payment has been made and successful.
In case a refund needs to be issued, we will credit the card or bank account of the person who paid for the item(s).
We are not responsible for fluctuations between the currency used for initial payment and the currency of your credit card or bank account when the refund is made.
We make every effort to ensure that the description of our items are as accurate as possible. However, please be aware that the image and colour quality may vary from the actual product. Each item has a product description (colour, size etc) and digital photographs. All prices are in GBP and include VAT but exclude delivery costs.
We ship with insurance. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email indicating your order tracking and a link to courier’s website. With this service you can track your order at any time.
At the moment of delivery and signature, responsibility of your purchased item(s) becomes yours.
It takes 5-7 working days to deliver your order within the UK (excluding bank holidays). And 14-21 working days (outside the UK).
If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a calling card informing you how to rearrange delivery.
We cannot change the address for a redelivery.
Orders are generally delivered between 8am and 8pm (depending on the courier).
We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS – PLEASE NOTE
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s custom office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to negotiating or buying.
Theluxevo.com does not accept returns. We ensure all our items are checked thoroughly for authenticity and any thing left out of the description upon arrival at our office.
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase so our in house experts do lots of checks to make sure your items pass all significant checks. If the item does not match the seller’s description or conform or is deemed not authentic, you will be notified and fully refunded.
Please allow 14 days from receipt of return for your refund to be completed.
If you however receive your item and change your mind, you may relist the item(s) for free on our website (without commission) if done within 7 days of delivery provided the original tags and labels are still attached.
PLEASE NOTE
ALL SALE purchases are FINAL. (You may not relist this for free within the 7 day period granted on full price items).
